Summer semester 2013

  • Seminar: Ultracold quantum gases in reduced dimensions (Dr. S. Whitlock)
    Masters seminar series
Reducing the dimensionality of a quantum system can have dramatic consequences. In particular, two-dimensional (2D) and one-dimensional (1D) trapped gases exhibit an extremely rich variety of physical regimes that are drastically different from those in three dimensions. This seminar series will survey the rapidly developing field of low-dimensional trapped quantum gases with the aim to provide an advanced understanding of current experimental and theoretical research. The lectures are supervised by: Dr. Shannon Whitlock

Summer semester 2010

  • Lecture: Experimentalphysik II (Prof. M. Weidemüller)
    Elektrodynamik und Spezielle Relativitätstheorie

Winter semester 09/10
