Our research is focused on testing fundamental symmetries at low energies using a 3He-129Xe-Comagnetometer.
A general introduction to the measurement principle of the Comagnetometer can be found here.
We are currently installing our experiment at Physikalische Institut Heidelberg. Have a look at some pictures of our setup here.
The MiXed experiment aims to measure the CP-violating electric dipole moment of the 129Xe atom using the comagnetometer principle.
